In the picturesque city of Walnut Creek, CA, a remarkable transformation story unfolded with a property that was purchased in July 2023 for $990,000 and sold for an impressive $1,585,000 on March 15th, 2024. Despite a longer-than-expected time to market of 7 months, our client’s patience and timing proved impeccable, hitting the market as it began to warm up after the winter lull. The borrower’s outstanding execution in design and presentation not only maximized the property’s appeal but also its market value.  One unique aspect of the renovation that we thoroughly enjoyed, was the kitchen with matching white appliances and a contrasting island in a dark color, these extra details really made the kitchen pop!

The Walnut Creek real estate market has been a rollercoaster of activity and prices. After experiencing an 11% drop in median home prices from the summer of 2022 to the spring of 2023, the market made a robust recovery.
